Hey there, I’m Katie! Owner and lead planner at Fête a Fehr and soon to be, your new bestie! I’m a midwest gal, living out my mountain dreams in Colorado with my cute husband and our 10 year old Brittany Spaniel. Over the last 7 years, I’ve planned amazing weddings across Chicago, Milwaukee, Minnesota, Texas, Colorado and beyond.

I’m a people person at heart and I believe your wedding day should be more than just a pretty party. It’s the celebration of your love story. It’s the intangible joy of being in the same room with everyone you love most. It’s about people. I feel so grateful to be able to work with so many amazing couples and their families every single day. I truly believe being a wedding planner is the most rewarding job there is. Perfect for the couple who wants a fully hands-on planner so that they can relax and enjoy the process. With our full service package, we do it all. From vendor recommendations, research and booking, helping with hotel room blocks, creating a comprehensive design deck for the overall look and feel of your wedding, coordinating catering tastings, or even sending out your invitations, no task is too big or too small. For the couple who is invested in the planning process but wants some helpful tools and professional guidance along the way. More than the final details, less than our full service. Fill out our inquiry form for more information!
Sometimes referred to as "Month of Coordination," the Final Details Package is perfect for the couple who has all the up front planning covered but needs some help taking it across the finish line. 60 days out from your wedding, we take over the logistics, create your floor plan, timeline and coordinate with all your vendors. On your wedding day, we will run the show so that you and your family and friends can enjoy the day. Recommended for couples booking less than 6 months out. Dreaming of a beachfront wedding? Or maybe an intimate elopement in the mountains? We've got you covered! Inquire and let us know what you're dreaming up and we'll put together a custom plan to fit your needs.
Feeling overwhelmed trying to figure out the overall look and design of your wedding? No problem! We offer a design consultation for the couple that has the planning covered but just needs some extra help with the design and creative aspects. Inquire for details.

Every wedding is unique which is why each inquiry will receive a custom pricing proposal. Our planning packages start at $3,000. On average, our couples invest $6,000 or more on wedding planning services. Fill out our contact form for more information!
Of course! We are based in Denver, CO but will travel wherever your love takes us! Please keep in mind, travel fees may be applicable.
Not sure what package you need? No problem! Upon filling out the inquiry form, we will set up a discovery call to help assess what services will be right for you.
The sooner the better! It's never too early to start planning your dream day! In order to give you the best possible service, we recommend booking your planner 12-18 months in advance. However, we are happy to accommodate couples booking less than 12 months out. Dates book up quickly so we recommend inquiring early to ensure availability.
Yes! All packages are billed in 2-3 installments, depending on the overall package price. We are happy to customize payment plans to fit your needs.
This is a great question and one we get asked often. It's a common misconception that a venue coordinator is the same thing as a wedding planner. While both roles are critical, they are not the same. The job of a venue coordinator is to make sure the venue functions properly. They will ensure venue policies are being followed, help to keep the venue clean and ready for your event, ensure the A/C doesn't go out on your big day. etc. Simply put, the main priority of a venue coordinator is the venue. As your wedding planner, my main priority is YOU, your vendors and your guests. Throughout the planning process I will create a comprehensive design board for you, a detailed timeline, and manage your entire vendor team. A wedding planner's job begins months in advance and offers a much more personal and detailed service than that of a venue coordinator.
